Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

In the event that your order is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Products received by our DHL couriers should be checked before being signed for. If the exterior packaging or the product is found to be damaged you must then sign "checked and found to be damaged". If you fail to do this we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement . In the case of damaged goods you must return, at your own expense, the damaged products and all packaging to us, we will then happily exchange your order and return to you free of charge.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

Any UK sale exchanges will be charged our subsidised courier resend free of £3.99, overseas sale exchange orders are charged a subsidised courier resend fee of £7.99
